Order Change & Cancellation Policy
We process orders quickly to ensure your gear hits the mat fast. Due to our commitment to a rapid fulfillment process, the window for changes or cancellations is very limited.
Order Cancellation (Before Fulfillment)
The opportunity to cancel an order depends on its stage of processing.

Immediate Action Required: If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at support@hitzero.ca.

Order Acceptance: We cannot guarantee cancellation once your order has been accepted and moved into the fulfillment stage. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but if processing has begun, the order cannot be stopped.

Post-Fulfillment: Once an order has been fulfilled (shipped), it cannot be canceled. You will need to wait for the item to be delivered, then initiate a return in accordance with our 30-Day Zero Doubt Guarantee (Refund Policy).
Pre-Orders (Future Gear)
When you purchase a Pre-Order, you secure gear that is not yet in inventory.

You may cancel a partially or fully paid Pre-Order at any time before it is officially fulfilled and shipped.
