At Hit Zero Athletics, we design and curate gear across three distinct product lines — each with its own fulfillment model. We're transparent about this so you know exactly what to expect when your order ships.
Our Product Lines & Fulfillment
Grit & Grace and Showtime Collections (Cheer Practice Wear)
These products ship directly from our Toronto warehouse. This is our core line and where we have the most control over speed and quality.
Elevate Collection (Premium Activewear)
Elevate products are sourced from select wholesale partners and fulfilled through our supply chain. While we quality-check every piece, these items may ship separately from your cheer practice wear order.
Accessories (Hats, Bags, Dad Wear)
Our accessories are print-on-demand and custom-produced per order. These ship directly from our production partner.

We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories and to the Continental United States.

Orders are not processed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays. If your order contains items from multiple product lines, they may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

💰 Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated by order weight and destination and are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Orders over $150 CAD qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.
💸 Duties, Taxes & Currency
Canadian Customers: All prices are in CAD. You pay applicable GST/HST/PST only — no duties, no customs fees, no surprises.
US Customers: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. Hit Zero Athletics is not responsible for any customs fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
📦 Risk of Loss
Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
