Buy it. Wear it to practice. Wash it. If you (or your athlete) don't absolutely love the fit, feel, and performance of your Hit Zero gear, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.

This guarantee is our promise that your practice wear will hold up to the grind. It covers:

  • Performance: The apparel meets or exceeds the technical features and quality promised on our product pages.

  • Fit Consistency: The garment fits true to our published sizing chart.

  • Durability: The item is free from manufacturing defects, ensuring it can withstand the intensity of cheer practice, tumbling, and stunting.

How it works

  1. The "Mat Test": Go ahead and use the gear. We want you to be 100% confident in the Canadian quality we promise.

  2. 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the day your package arrives to decide.

Return Shipping

  • Exchanges are FREE: Need a different size? We will cover the shipping both ways to get you the right fit.

  • Returns for Refund: If you just want your money back, we will refund the full price of the item. You simply cover the cost of shipping it back to our Toronto HQ.

We've made returns easy so you can focus on your next stunt. You can start a return directly from your customer account.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Log In: Visit our hitzero.ca and log in to your Hit Zero Athletics Customer Account.

  2. Find Your Order: Go to the "Order History" page and click on the specific order that contains the items you wish to return.

  3. Request Return: Click the "Request Return" button.

  4. Select & Specify: Select the item(s) you want to send back and choose the reason for the return (e.g., incorrect size, manufacturing defect, general dissatisfaction).

  5. Submit: Confirm your selection. You will then receive a confirmation email.

  6. Ship Back: If exchanging use the prepaid shipping label we send you. If returning for refund (no problem), simply work with your courier of choice to get the gear back to us.
